How do I get to Fit Camp Spain?
On your arrival we can arrange for you to be picked up from either Murcia , Almeria or Alicante airport and take you to your base at Cortijo Lilli (there will be a charge for this service).
Clients who are driving should contact us for details on how to find us.
Please do not book your flights before we have confirmed your reservation at Fit Camp Spain. Once we have confirmed your place we will send your all the details you will need including transfer details.
How many people will be at Fit Camp Spain?
We offer the personal touch and therefore there will be a maximum of 6 people at any one camp.
How fit do I need to be?
We would expect our guests to have a certain level of fitness and be used to some regular exercise. We do evaluate everyone individually at the beginning for your holiday to ensure that our programme is suitable for you. In the instances where there are extreme differences in fitness levels we will split the guests into smaller, more compatible groups.
What can I expect to achieve?
If you work hard and exercise to your full potential you will not only improve your fitness, but also tone up and if weight loss is your aim then you are guaranteed to slim down. You will de-stress and really be on the way to a fitter, healthier way of life. We aim to provide you with the motivation, confidence and knowledge to continue to work towards your own health and fitness goals when you leave.
What sort of exercises and activities do you do — will I have to do them all?
We offer a wide and varied selection of exercises – you can see the programme for a typical day by clicking here.
This may alter due to personal requirements and weather conditions.
We have devised the programme to give all of our guests the opportunity to work hard and see amazing results in just one week. However, this is your holiday and you can do as much or as little as you want.
Will I go hungry?
Absolutely not! We don't believe in starvation diets – yes you will lose weight quickly if you just drink juice all day but the weight will be back on before you know it. We have put together a daily menu, heavily influenced by the world renowned, healthy Mediterranean diet that is balanced, tasty and nutritious – but above all it is plentiful which is exactly what you need to give you the strength to commit 100% to your daily exercise programme.
What if I'm a vegetarian?
If you have any special dietary requirements just let us know when you fill in the booking form and we will make sure your food is exactly what you want. You will also have the opportunity on the booking form to tell us of any allergies.
What do I need to bring?
We will supply you with a full kit list when you book. Regarding other clothing, the region is blessed with a wonderful climate, however you will need warmer clothes for the evening as the nights can be cooler during the winter months.
Please note that outside of Fit Camps Cortijo Lilli is our home and we have 2 cats.
