1 - Booking Conditions
Please read these conditions carefully and retain for future reference as they form part of the contract between you (the lead name) and Fit Camp Spain/FCS (us).
2 - Confirmation of Booking
No contract shall exist between you and FCS until a completed booking form and deposit has been received and confirmation of your booking sent by FCS.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost of the holiday per person is required to secure the booking. The booking must be made by email or through the website and will be held provisionally for 4 days or until the deposit is received by FCS, which ever is sooner. Should FCS not receive the deposit within 4 days then your provisional booking will be released.
3 - Payment of Balance
The balance is due no later than 8 weeks before your date of arrival. If you are booking within 8 weeks of arrival the full amount is due when booking.
Failure to pay by the due date could be considered as a cancellation on your part and we reserve the right to impose cancellation charges as detailed below.
4 - Amendments to your booking
If you wish to change your booking in any way you should contact us in writing at the earliest opportunity. If we are able to accept the change there will be an amendment fee of £20 per person for each booking change. If changes are not possible and you cancel your booking then cancellation charges will apply.
5 - Cancellation by you
Notice of cancellation of your holiday must be made in writing to us by the person submitting the booking form. In all cases of cancellation your deposit will be retained and the following cancellation fees, expressed as a percentage of the holiday cost, will become payable.
- Over 8 weeks to arrival — Deposit only
- 4 to 8 weeks — 50%
- Less than 4 weeks — 100%
6 - Cancellation by FCS
If FCS cancels your holiday (for reasons other than default on your part) we will offer you a full refund of all monies paid to us or offer an alternative camp date.
If the minimum number of clients for a holiday (3) is not reached within 6 weeks of departure, we reserve the right to cancel the camp and we will offer you another date or a full refund of all monies paid to us.
We will not be liable for any other expenses that you have incurred as a result of your booking.
We cannot accept liability or pay compensation if we are forced to cancel or curtail you holiday as a result of circumstances amounting to force majeare. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports or ports, adverse weather conditions and similar events beyond FCS's control.
7 - Your holiday price and what it includes
7 nights accommodation, all food, snacks, water, beer and wine, (beer and wine only available with evening meals). All daily activities.
* airport transfer service is available and can be arranged for an additional fee.
What's not included.
Flights, personal insurance and other additional activities.
All clients must have proof of appropriate and adequate insurance cover.
8 - Complaints
If you have a complaint about your holiday you should communicate it to a member of the FCS team so that remedial action can be taken where possible. In any event you must notify FCS of any complaint, in writing, within 14 days of the completion of your holiday.
9 - Property
You will be liable for any damage of loss caused by you to any property belonging to us or a third party (including theft of damage to equipment). We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of your personal belongings.
9 - Law and jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by English law in every interpretation and shall be deemed to have been made in England. Any proceedings arising out of or in connection with this agreement may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in England or Wales. FCS courses take place in Spain and as such the client agrees to abide by the law of Spain in it's entirety and FCS shall have no responsibility for any client who breaks the law whilst in Spain.
